A decent park that's close to us. Trails are okay. The path to the river access and that general area is not great. Cool for short walks or to play a sport maybe.

Be careful with your cars. I was walking my dog in the park and after her swim I found two cars windows broken into… it was 3:10pm on 1/30p.

Sprawling, family-friendly park with multiple playgrounds and easy access to the Cedar River. I spent most of my visit strolling the riverbank—quiet, shady, and perfect for a relaxed walk. Summer brings plenty of activities here, and the parking lot is huge, so finding a spot isn’t an issue. Great place to stretch your legs or let kids burn off energy; I’ll be back for more riverside time.

Lovely park to visit. It has playfields, courts, and access to Ceder River. It's along the bike trail that spans Renton and Maple Valley. The only downfalls I noticed at this point are the time the gate locks, which is early in my opinion and the bathrooms are not open yet. There are portable toilets, but those are only cool for temporary setups.

My friend and I put our chairs in the shallow part of the water, sat back, got some sun and listened to the river. It was fantastic. The perfect summer day. Just make sure you bring aqua sox or something because the water is full of big slippery rocks. But it's fun walking around to the other side of the river and just checking stuff out.
